Cocktail Masterclass, February 2012

Do you love cocktails? Do you want to learn how to shake or stir in style, and have a great deal of fun whilst doing so? If yes, then this is the class for you. Our head barman / mixologist, would love to teach you the history of the spirits, why some are better than others and how to make them. Groups are split into two to compete for the best cocktails made, meaning you get the chance to test out newly acquired skills by sampling the range of drinks that you’ve created (yes hard life!!) and each person from the winning team will receive a free vodka shot each. At the end of it all you take home great bartending skills to entertain your own guests whenever you like.

London 2012 Olympics at Baltic Restaurant and Bar, January 2012

Its been 64 years since London played host to one of the largest sporting events in the world, The Olympic Games and from 27th July to the closing ceremony on the 12th August, we at Baltic Restaurant and Bar, are looking forward to providing a perfect base camp to all of the action.

We are offering exclusive packages for you to hire out part or all of the venue for your 2012 Olympics celebrations. With two private dining areas, complete with high-tech audio visual facilities and a contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar, that will of course be showing the games at they happen, it’s the perfect base for your company, in the heart of London.

Also if you’re lucky enough to have tickets, we’re extremely close to all of the action. Our closest tube station, Southwark (Jubilee line), is less than 1 minute walk away from us, meaning we are lucky enough to have a direct route to all of the main sites; The Olympic Park in Stratford is less than 20 minutes away, North Greenwich is only 15 minutes and Wembley Arena is approximately 40 minutes away – which means no stress travelling!

Our dedicated events team are happy to assist with planning any type of event. Whether you need boardroom meetings, conference space for seminars, client entertainment, a victory party, or to simply sit back, relax and enjoy great food and atmosphere, we can accommodate!
